Our goal is to reschedule your service within one (1) day before or after any inclement weather event.

3. Cancellation Policy: We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel a specific visit. After your second scheduled service (since we do not offer one-time services), you are able to cancel a visit as needed. We require that you contact us the day before your next scheduled service to request a cancellation. However, if you contact us on the day of your scheduled service, a 10% fee of the service’s line item will be charged.
